It definitely combines some disparate elements... it's frequently referred to as a "Belgian IPA" in style, although Green Flash labels the style on the bottle as "a San Diego-style IPA mixed with a Belgian Trippel"... whatever that means. I think it definitely has some elements of hoppy, fruity IPA flavors and smells mixed with some other funky stuff. I thought it was overall well balanced but just a little too much acidity and bitter bite on the back end for my palate.
