WTOP Launches Beer of the Week Segment for December

Virginia’s WTOP Radio has started a new segment entitled “WTOP’s Beer of the Week” for the month of December. Every Friday of the month they will sit down with Greg Engert, the beer director for Churchkey, and talk great seasonal brews. The first segment with Greg can be seen below as he discusses Great Lakes Christmas Ale.

It’s been quite a while since I’ve posted a goofy beer commercial on the blog, so what better way to break the drought than with the “Most Epic Beer Ever.” While I love the monster truck DeLorean, I’m not sure the ferret at the end really fits in. Still, pretty darn funny.

I’ve always loved Rube Goldberg setups whether it’s to promote some product or just for someone’s amusement. The amount of time and effort (not to mention trial and error to get everything just right) that goes into these things is amazing.
