I’m more than a few hours behind on this one, but it appears as though the Pyramid and Magic Hat breweries are days away from being purchased by North American Breweries, Inc. NAB is the exclusive marketer and seller of the Labbatt brand and also maintain the Genesee and Dundee Ales & Lagers brands in their portfolio.
