September 2012 Cellar Update
It’s been nearly a full year since the last cellar update. That’s just ridiculous. So, yesterday I spent some time going through the chest freezer of wonder and synced up my inventory with a list that was woefully outdated. It only took a little over an hour, but it looks like all is good to go.
It’s surprising to see many of the same beers that I’ve had for a while now. With the smaller space allotted to cellaring (the chest freezer and now a single box for overflow), I figured I’d have a higher rate of turnover, but not so much.
