In The Fridge V

This latest run to the store actually brought me to Kybecca in downtown Fredericksburg. I’ve got to tell you that when I heard about this place, I wasn’t expecting much of a selection, but upon visiting it I was thoroughly surprised. They have a nice small cellar with a full wall dedicated to craft beers. I saw a lot of old favorites as well as some that I had been in search of for a while. There’s only one problem, they’re a bit on the expensive side. That said, fans of craft beers have to pay a price to get the beers we want.

So I sucked it up and got the following:

The noels will reside in the cellar until next Christmas (they were on sale so I just had to pick them up). I’ve had the Allagash Four a couple of months ago and had been on the look out for it ever since. It’ll be consumed shortly I’m sure. I’m not positive what to do about the 2004 Terrible. Do I let it age a bit more or to consume it greedily? I purchased two bottles of the Allagash Anniversary — one to be enjoyed soon and the other to be packed away for a bit. I’ve already had the Houblon and have a review of that one in the works.
