The New York Times tackles the rare Belgian Pale Ale. Of the beers they’ve sampled, I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy Brasserie des Rocs Blonde, Orval Trappist Ale, Corsendonk Abbey Pale Ale, and Affligem Blond. (Via)
