Sam Adams Shares Hops with Smaller Brewers
For as much flack as Jim Koch may get from time to time regarding his meteoric rise with Sam Adams, he totally gets where the small brewers are coming from. In a show of immense support, Boston Beer company will be selling some of their excess hop supply at cost to those smaller brewers that can’t otherwise afford them due to the shortage. Cheers Mr Koch.

Thanks for finding this. I am usually not a big fan of Jim Koch, remembering all of his lawsuits in his early days still rankles; but yes, this really is a nice gesture on his part.
