Rock Art Brewery vs Monster Energy Drinks

Apparently the over active folks at Monster Energy drinks have taken issue with Rock Art Brewery’s use of “Vermonster” in one of their products. Check out the video below to get the brewery’s point of view.

Makes me sad that I buy Monster Energy by the case now. I wish him the best in this, but I think his lawyer was right and he probably should just swallow his pride and change the name.

I will side with Matt’s point of view and I would discontinue the Monster Energy drink if I were a customer. A comment left by Eric H reminds me of all those people out there that disagree with the millions that pro athletes make and then continue buying tickets to the games. Matt’s lawyer is right only because there are people out there, after discovering something like this case, do nothing about it. Erik, find a new energy drink and let Monster Energy know why you switched. Welcome to America!
