The Sazerac Co. completed the $334 million acquisition of Constellation Brands Inc. labels which will add to the Sazerac portfolio Kentucky Gentleman, Kentucky Tavern, Ten High, Very Old Barton and Tom Moore (as well as the Tom Moore distillery).
