2013 Great American Beer Festival: Maryland, D.C. and Virginia Winners
At last years Great American Beer Festival the DELMARVA area did pretty darn well, with Virginia dominating the medal count between the three states, including Small Brewpub of the Year honors to Devils Backbone Brewing. This year, it looks as though the VA breweries are starting to pull way in terms of the amount of hardware they’re bringing home.
Before we get into the list of winners (and there are a good number of new ones), let’s all crack open a tasty brew in honor of Devils Backbone for pulling off the 2013 Small Brewing Company and Small Brewing Company Brewer of the Year Award. Hot damn!
