Just Arrived: Shipyard Double Old Thumper Ale
Lots of tasty beer!This past Saturday a couple of boxes from Shipyard Brewing arrived while I was out running errands. You can imagine my surprise when I opened them up to find the selection of samples below. I’ve already reviewed their tasty Brewer’s Brown about this time last year, but the Double Old Thumper Ale is a new one to me.
The regular Old Thumper Ale is one of my favorites from the brewery so I’m really looking forward to trying out it’s bigger brother. It also looks like I’ll be able to do a series of tastings with that one — fresh, one year and two year reviews sound like a good idea to me!
