Flying Dog Installs New Fermentation Tanks
Just a quick note from the great folks at Flying Dog.
“We’re replacing four 100-barrel fermentation tanks with four new 250-barrel tanks, increasing our overall fermentation capacity by 10 percent. The tanks were lifted by a crane and dropped into our fermentation hall through the roof.
With the addition of these new tanks, we’ll have 7,050 barrels fermenting at any given time.”
According to the brewery, wort will head into the first tank this Sunday with the remaining being operational within a week.
